Oldham Youth Council has its own Constitution...This is a set of agreed rules about how the Youth Council will be run, how the members will work together and what they are working towards.  The constitution informs people about our aims, objectives as well as how we make decisions. By having a constitution we can be sure we have a structure that we work towards and that we are consistent and fair in how we conduct our work.
